HYPNOSIS (a Greek word) is a fast and direct means at getting to the subconscious mind. Hypnotism is a trance like state resembling sleep in which the subject manifests readiness to react to the Hypnotists voice. Hypnotism is no longer considered as black-magic or witch-craft, in these modern times. It is a SCIENCE. It is as old as the human mind, as aged as the beginning of the world. In 1953 British Medical Association and in 1958 American Medical Association officially recognized Hypnosis as a therapeutic technique and endorsed its use in medicine. Yoga is a manifestation of Self-Hypnosis.
